Catchlight & FMG: Now Integrated

We get wonderful feedback and requests from our users and the one that has resonated lately falls into the Action category. We’ve been asked by Advisors to help improve their communications and engagement with their prospects based on the Insights that they’ve discovered through Catchlight.  

 

We are pleased to announce a new collaboration with the great team at FMG. With an extensive collection of content, FMG has distinguished themselves as a platform that delivers unique and relevant content to Advisors based on their needs. Working together, we’ve found that we can make prospecting even easier for Advisors by aligning FMG content with specific characteristics of a lead.  

 

Now, Catchlight users can find relevant content suggestions when they click the "Engage Now" button on a Lead. For those that are also FMG customers, they will then be able to go directly to this content within their FMG platform to send and/or edit that piece of content. Content suggestions map to the anticipated needs of the lead based on the insights that Catchlight develops. Personalization is a key tactic when engaging leads if one hopes to have the best shot at conversion. Together, Catchlight and FMG are excited to see how this partnership can help our mutual customers grow their businesses.

How to Leverage FMG Content in Three Easy Steps

Choose a Prospect to Engage
From the lead profile, Catchlight users simply click the “Engage Now” button to find engagement ideas as well as content from FMG.

Select Content and Engage
Selecting the content piece will take FMG subscribers to their platform where they can log in and access the full piece of content. If a user is not an FMG subscriber, they can take advantage of preferred pricing to sign up.
